Like my vampire characters, I live among the foothills of the Pennines in the United Kingdom, although that is where the comparison ends. I have a PhD in English Literature and spend most of my time reading, dreaming up stories, and petting the neighbourhood cats.

THE RISING DARK
The Rising Dark is the first book in a new urban fantasy series about a Sisterhood of sword-wielding vampires defeating an evil that is threatening to overpower vampire society.
